End of Easter Break

I have enjoyed this week with kids off school for Easter Break. Not that it effects us much with a household of preschoolers, but I've been able to hire our best sitter to come watch my kids this week so I can tackle some big projects. UGGH. Happy to say most of them are accomplished (prepped and painted an apartment with help of a friend (thanx Tara); errands; cleaning for friends moving....) seems like I haven't been at home much this week. Forrest has been a BEAR; grumpy and crying all the time---must be teeth. Berkeley is no longer my quiet child, but has decided that if I don't understand her (which is difficult sometimes) that she will throw a temper-tantrum and just cry/scream. She didn't make a noise her first 2yrs, but is making up for it now. I can't believe it is April. Busy month with my sis-in-laws wedding (ALLIE are ya ready?). hopefully we'll do a little travelling down south to visit family (fingers are crossed); I have a load of digital stuff to finish for my little biz (thank you everyone!!!); Register Tagg for kindergarten (eeks not sure if my baby is ready for School??); re-organize my house, my life...etc. Soon the weather will be nice so I'll want to outside with the kids, not wanting to be in clutter--better tackle it.

I finished up my photography course at the college. It was very interesting; I gained a whole lot of info, but now it is a fact of putting it to use. I went on a little walk and took pix of my world. I'll have to post them soon. They aren't fabulous photos but it will show you some of the thrilling sites (not) on our journey from our house to the park.

I've just made a batch of banana bread-- doubled it and threw it in a cake pan with a few extra crushed up chocolate easter bunnies. The kids love it. Got a crockpot full of turkey soup going, since I had no room for the frozen bones in my freezer had to get it gone. My house smells lovely. Tonight we're taking the kids to a friends birthday party at the bowling alley. Should be fun, I'll try and capture a few photos.

Forrest just woke up; better see if he is in better spirits (don't know how much more I can handle of sick, crying, needing to be held baby....) Thank goodness for Tylenol!!

Sounds like you guys are busy busy as always. You make it look easy, Mo, and I only have two little kiddies around and I know how easy it is NOT! So good job you. Can't believe Tagg will be heading to kindergarten. It doesn't feel that long ago that we went on the houseboat when he was a newborn! Crazy. xo, Jody
