Here is our BIG boy Tagg on his way to his first day of playschool. Really can't believe our boy is growing up. He complained that his bag was too heavy...as you can tell it was. Mom had loaded it full of snacks, new shoes, extra clothes. oops!! Well he loves his "school". When we first got there he started looking around & next thing I knew he was gone. He was so proud to find his cubby with his name on it. Right on the top. It is just an excellent program--we are both so happy with it. Today on our way home he was teaching me new songs from his class .
Just another fun day with Forrest taken last week @ 2mos. He is wearing 3-6mos clothes and filling them out. Must be a TOLLESTRUP boy. (makes daddy proud!)
Here is our Miss Mischief. Berkeley is a sneak. She is always into something or throwing things around, dumping water--just to see it splash, scattering anything that is nicely organized. Sadly she even pulled Forrest off the couch yesterday. AGHHHH. I had placed him on the couch while I helped Tagg build a Rocket. I turned my back on him for just a moment and THUMP!! He was on the ground--Berkeley had pulled his blanket and got both blanket and baby. Don't know if he was upside down or right side up. Just grabbed him and checked him over. Besides being completely inconsolable (who could blame him) he was OK. So here is Berke painting with her pudding. She is really getting into the 2year old stage. 2nd Birthday next month....not sure if I am ready for a TWO year old!!
This is a page I did tonight for the scrap store. I was suppose to do it about me as a mother or about my mother, but my sis Sonia had these incredible photos taken of her and Jurnee & I couldn't resist. Jurnee is about 4mos old in this photo?? is that right Sonnie?? let me know.

Finally finished a couple pages of Tagg's 3rd Birthday this summer. The scan isn't so good, but you get the idea. Journalling on the side says:
With family from
Here is another recent page I did of Scott and Berke. Love how simple it is.
This weekend Scott & I took the kids puddle jumping. Here are some photos as we walked to the farmers market (only 2 blocks from our house).
The kids had so much fun playing in all the puddles that last night for FHE we went again. This time to the "Slurpee Store". On the way home we went thru a different alley, one that was partially paved. Berkeley cautiously walked thru its puddles, it was deep-- right to the top of her little gum boots. Tagg just barrelled thru it & SPLASH!!! down he went slurpee and all. We hurried home with our crying wet child in tow. Dad had to go back and get a new slurpee; but after a warm bath and all these tears I think he only took a couple sips before he was asleep.

I love it all! The simplest times usually make the best memories. I love the pic of Berkeley painting with pudding. I think I have that exact shot of Riley painting with Choc. Pudding. Good times. You just have to keep reminding youself to laugh and that it all washes off. And that better this than a Jiffy marker. (ya had that a couple of times)
Love you all!!!
love your post. the scrap pages are darling. oh, and jurneed was just about 3 months in those photos! :0)
awesome pages mo! you are so good about filling us in on all the little details in your family's life. tagg looks like such a big boy...holy cow! and if berke is anything like payton....then a big GOOD LUCK to you with the terrible two's!!! (hehe!!)
Beautiful scrap pages. And great pics as usual. Kids look cute. Wow it made me remember each of my kids first day of preschool. Such a great time. Tagg looks so grown up. It's great for them to have some time of there own with there friends and teacher. It's great for you and the kids at home to have your own time too. Sounds like Berkeley will keep things exciting and surprising.
Luv ya, Shelly
Such great parents! Where were ya when I wanted to go puddle jumping? Thanks for sharing so many smilin' mem'ries in amazing art - tender times - they bring tears to my eyes - a lump to my throat. Your kidz are so adorable -and now I know why!
Love, Sherry
You really take time to cherish the chaos and inspire each of us to live each moment to the fullest. You are an amazing mother and I think of you all so often. Sending many loves.
I love love love that you guys went puddle jumping. What awesome parents you are to see beyond the wet dirty clothes and laundry and realize that the fun you have and the memories you make are way more important. Makes me want to get Osh some rubber boots and find us a puddle! Well...maybe next year!
