"Mom those are your babies??"

OK, I just gotta tell you the story behind my title for this blog. Here I am importing these photos of our Halloween, and me and the kiddies.

Tagg is sharing my chair, he sees the pix and asks me, "Mom, those are your babies??" YES, I responded with a giggle and a kiss. ahh so cute....our 2 little babies getting so big. Scott and I just die laughing because of how grown up they are getting. In our house we talk about babies all the time as we prep for #3. Tagg always says he is my big boy, but the other day he asked me if he could still be my baby. I think he is feeling the need for a little more 1-on-1 attention. "You'll always be my baby", I responded. Tomorrow I think I'll pull that Robert Munch book "I'll Love You Forever" off the shelf and we'll read it while Berkeley has her nap. Load him up with XOXOXOXOX.

What else.... we took the durango in to have a 2nd set of keys made (lost the other set in May--who knows where) and also have them fix the command start. We were going to pick it up just after 5pm, but had our amazing computer tech over fixing a few things, so Scott called and was told they were open on Sat @ 8:30am. So early Sat AM we loaded up the kids to get our vehicle. Well they forgot about the stat holiday, Rememberance Day & when we showed up all the doors locked, we call the emergency # saying we needed our carseats from our vehicle-- outta luck. Scott actually called a couple times and there was nothing they could do for us, so we have enjoyed a weekend going no where and Luving it!! so nice to just stay at home in our PJs. Though I have been doing that a bit with the kids since we got a bucketload of snow. So hopefully we'll have it back safe in our driveway tomorrow working fabulously.

I'm hyped to meet up with some girlfriends and scrapbook this Friday. I have so much I need to do, but no desire at night to do it (like now). My first problem is cleaning up my cluttered room. I can't even sit in there I have pile of kids clothes I need to organize, papers, junk, blankets, books.... I want to have a toyroom next door so I've been moving everything from one room to the other. Hopefully next week I can get it all organized. I am so sick of tidying up lego every hour. At least with it all in one room, out of sight I won't have to see it.

Welcome to my new niece Bree Kathryn Coppieters, born on Friday Nov 10/06. Little early. But a nice surprise. Hopefully she'll get home soon, as their family was away from home in Red Deer when mom went into labor-- but I'm sure how excited the grandparents were to have her born down south, where they got to see her moments after the birth. I'll add some pix later.

Hey Mo. I was just reading this new blog with Riley and when he saw the pic. of you and tagg with tagg in his spiderman jamas and he said " its Riley!" I said no thats Tagg and auntie Mo. And Riley said" He's spiderman like me." and I looked down at him and he was wearing his spiderman Jamas. Its so cute we have our own little super clan with all the little cousins obsessed with spiderman, superman the hulk etc.
I love it.

augh, they do grow up so fast. This morning Maddux is getting dressed. He put on his sox, jeans (of course), a white t-shirt and as he was putting another "number" shirt on top I said, "you don't have to where the white shirt". He said, "ya, but I"m being dad!" OK, nothing more to say about that! I just giggled & walked out to let him finish getting dressed! So funny how they just "Know".
