Couple of pages I did this month. The first one is comparing pix of mom & I with Berkeley & I (mom)... weird. Somedays don't you ever wonder how you got here?? How did I end up with 2 kids I'm responsible for???
The other page is about Scott & I, the journalling talks about how we started as "ME" 2 independent kids, who fell in love "WE" and now we have "OURS". Again back to to the : "How did I end up with 2 kids I'm responsible for??? "
& baby #3 is doing good, seems to be on a bit of a growth spurt as my body aches, my clothes don't fit, my feet are already swollen, and I am tired 24/7. Even more now than I was the first few months-- I actually think the weather has something to do with it. It is getting cold here in GP. Frost on the cars in the AM's. UGHHH that just makes me want to sit at home in my PJs all day long. I try to get the kids outdoors, at least in the backyard everyday--monday Scott took the kids to the park before supper--I hadn't done that for at least 2 weeks. They were so excited. Just reminded me I need to get off my Keester & do the most I can with the 2 I have, especially before #3 comes along and things change.
Scott is busy-- not as busy with trucks running as we wish, but slowly things are picking up and they are getting recognized by larger companies who want Tollestrup Transport on their preferred list. Once it gets busy, it might just be insane, then all the drivers and office will be complaining that there is just too much work (versus the current there is not enough). I'll just keep my fingers & toes crossed that this crucial year is successful. It has been so nice to have Scott be home on a more regular basis, for most of our marriage he has been away working... now the kids come to expect him home in the AMs with us, stopping in for lunch and home for suppers...... I am loving it too....
Well hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving. Chance to enjoy family, friends and a warm meal. We are going to Edmonton for a few days, may come home to cook our own little feast--or show up in Red Deer (Warning to you Liz!!??!!) for a bite. We'll see how things go. Scott's birthday is on Sunday... Big 36! Not sure what he'll get-- Tagg wants us to make him a dragon cake.... maybe he'll get that a few days later....
Berkes is crying-- better jet!!!!
